Terms & Conditions (Payments, Shipping, Returns)
1. Scope
These Terms apply to purchases made on tamadaandtradition.eu. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. Seller details are available on the “Legal Notice & Contact” page.
2. Age requirement (Alcohol)
Alcoholic beverages may be purchased only by persons who are of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. We may refuse or cancel orders if age compliance is uncertain.
ID at delivery: The courier may request an identity document to verify age. If ID is not provided or the recipient is underage, the shipment may be refused and returned. In such cases, delivery/return costs may be non-refundable.
3. Product information & pricing
Product characteristics (volume, ABV, ingredients, origin, etc.) are displayed on product pages. The final price and delivery cost are shown at checkout before payment.
4. Ordering
An order is considered accepted once payment is confirmed. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details.
5. Payments
- Bank payment via Montonio (availability depends on country and supported banks).
- Card payment via Stripe (availability depends on country/card scheme).
Payments are processed over secure SSL. We do not store card details; they are handled by payment providers. Additional verification (e.g., 3D Secure) may be required by your bank.
6. Shipping (DPD only)
Carrier: DPD courier.
Shipping countries: We ship within the EU/EEA only where remote sale and delivery of alcohol is permitted by applicable laws and carrier rules. If shipping to a selected destination is not possible, we will cancel the order and refund the payment.
Costs & delivery time: Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery time is counted from payment confirmation.
7. Damaged parcels
If the parcel is visibly damaged, document it upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@tamadaandtradition.eu with photos.
8. Returns, refunds & 14-day withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason.
Return conditions
- Items must be returned unused, undamaged, in original packaging, suitable for resale.
- For alcohol: the bottle must be unopened (seal/cap intact), except where the product is defective or damaged in transit.
Return shipping cost
Unless the return is due to our error/defect, the cost of return shipping is typically paid by the buyer.
Refund timing
Refunds are made no later than 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back (whichever comes first). Refunds are made to the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.
How to withdraw / return
- Email us within 14 days: info@tamadaandtradition.eu (include order number and items).
- We will confirm and provide return instructions.
- Send the goods back and share the tracking number.

9. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, force majeure, or incorrect customer details. We may suspend or reject orders where fraud or legal non-compliance is reasonably suspected.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Mandatory consumer rights under EU law remain unaffected.
